* Items are eligible for return up to 15 days after delivery.
* All returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. Exceptions are misshipped merchandise, defective merchandise or merchandise damaged by shipping.
* Special Order merchandise is not eligible for return.
* Mazda OEM and MAZDASPEED performance parts are not eligible for return.
* All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions are misshipped merchandise, defective merchandise or merchandise damaged by shipping.
* Used or installed merchandise may not be eligible for return and is at the discretion of the management.

Product Warranty

All warranties unless expressly stated otherwise are honored by the terms of that product manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty related inquiries.

Shipping Services

Unless specified in the product listing, all items have free shipping in the USA. UPS Ground is the preferred shipping service of ProtegeGarage. Dropshipped merchandise will often be sent via FedEx Ground, smaller sized items may be sent through the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Larger items may require LTL courier services such as FedEx Freight or Yellow Freight. If you have shipping preferences, please contact one of our representatives prior to ordering and we will do our best to acommodate your needs.

International Shipping

ProtegeGarage is happy to ship any product we offer to anywhere in the world. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including all duties, customs, taxes and fees that customs may apply when processing international shipments. Ordering internationally from ProtegeGarage signifies an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms. If an item is returned due to customs refusal we will charge the customer all return freight charges as well as a 25% restocking fee per normal return policy.

Customs values are non-negotiable. ProtegeGarage will under no circumstances falsify the customs value or nature of a product on a customs document. Doing so is a punishable criminal offense.
